It might be easier to list some specific disabilities and then if possible use your search engine to look for related equipment. Online directories for large / small suppliers, maybe see if their websites have any testimonials or customer reviews on the products ?
I was very impressed, if initially confused the other day to see a 'largish local shop start selling adult motorised wheelchairs alongside their range of birthday cards & cushion covers
lol, it can only be good though as the price for specialist equipment can be pretty amazing. Am thinking there must be an incredible amount of research and development that goes into individual products to warrant some of the retail prices ..

I'm not sure what - if any, & how large a gap there might be between private health care provision of aids & state provision - quantity, quality, cost, access & maintenance.
