Can anyone help or shed some light on 422!!! i have got 2 Knowledge Evidences to complete then i have completed the course!!!!

K4P1090 - the inmportance of training and supporting practitioners in your setting or service, to work effectively with families whose beliefs, attitudes and values may be different.

and

K4D1091 - how to deal with discrimatory and stereotyped attotudes that may be exhibited by family members in terms of the care and provision for thier children, and more generally about their local area and other families represented in the provision.

Hi im just doing this unit myself,i havnt done these yet. i wish i was nearly commpleted well done! ive got three units to gothought this one would be easy .think i have had too much time off work.im sure you will get some help.

Hi Mariah,have you managed to answer these i was advised for K4P1090 to Consider what type of a setting you are and think about your answer from this angle.
How can you support staff to support families?
What types of training may you require?
for K4D1091Consider what you have written already about the different types of family units. How might this be relevant to discriminatory and stereotyped attitudes and what could you do to overcome it.
Use reflection as a strong tool here. im still stuck though can anyone help please!

I just cant seem to put it into words at the moment,but getting there really slowly,have to do one unit a month so will have to get with it
