Help SOS 303 - k3d210

I think I am being a little bit dumb here - I am reading about some of the theorists, and I am finding it really interesting but the knowledge asks.......How current theories of play can inform practice?

Is it just asking me the same as k3d213 - all about theorists views and how they influence todays practice? or have I missed the whole point on this one?

Just need clarification on what the question is really, can't wait to start writing up this one I just don't want to write reams of info and not cover what I am supposed to!......any one help me please?
