help!!!

hi all, i just posted my first thread in the wrong forum!! der-what a numpty!!! can anyone help with k3d166(301) please. my assessor wants more! what ways can you show you respect children's individuality. i have talked about appearances, personalities, behaviours,encouaging children to speak openly and express themselves, culture and religion. have i missed the point of this question?

I think you have covered it. Does you assessor mean when they are being creative at an activity they will put there own ideas into how they want the end product to look. This is showing their individuality. Thanks for your reply to my thread. Ive done unit 301 but my assesor has the unit so i cant remember exactly what i put, u do seem to have covered it all tho....

not totally sure what more my assessor is wanting. i too thought i had covered everything but i will take on board the ideas you have given and try again

hi there,
you could also include things such as giving them freedom of choice in activities they do, where they sit, show an interest in what they're doing, praise their strengths, different activities that promote self-expression......hope this helps as these are some of the things i focused on and my assessor ticked it off.
