Describe how this will inmpact on the lives of children and young people.

this is all connected to empowerment personal choice and ECM i would expect a good amount of work with references to theory and practice you would also be expected top describe these scenarios and the impact on the child and young person. lots of reading inc the CPAG and barnados sites. lots of info there
