Help SOS CCLD 3 planning and organising the environment

Please can anyone help, I'm having a mental block.
I have to give examples of how to involve the following groups in planning & organising the environment.
3-7 years
7-16 years
parents

that you would sit your group down and discuss what you would like to do for (certain area) and then draw a diagram along with them, and get them to put there ideas towards it and get them to help make/design the room with you, and get them to move things around and get them to throw ideas to you (there opinions).

For the parents involvement you could do a questionnaire and ask them what activities you might like to see being done..you could even do a simple one for the children and then get them to draw pictures of how they would like the activity to be done.

Think keeping it simple and to the point is always the best thing to do in these types of situations.
