Dianne, welcome to Silkysteps xx.

Acas is an excellent website that may help you identify areas of conflict in the workplace, and beyond: pay, holiday, entitlements, hours, conflict with others .. www.acas.org.uk

Other adults could be parents or other members of staff.

Do any members of staff have children in the setting? If so, what if they didn't agree with how you dealt with a situation with their child and they approached you about it, how would you handle it?

What if you didn't agree with the way another member of staff dealt with a behaviour situation with a child - how would you approach it?

What if another member of staff wasn't pulling their weight - who would you speak to, how would you address it ?

Parents - what if you raised a concern with them about their child's development and they did not agree with you?

What if their child had gone home upset about something and the child said that they had tried to tell you but you didn't listen, then the parent approached you angrily the next day ??

See if you can do a reflective account on a situation that happened or get a colleague to provide you with a witness testimony.
