), we are all barbecuing like crazy and this, coupled with warmer temperatures, can be the perfect time to fall ill with one of many tummy bugs! :vomit:
The Food and Drink Federation, which is running National Food Safety Week from 12-18 June has these food hygiene tips:

Wash your hands regularly through the day, using soap and water.

After preparing foods, clean all kitchen surfaces thoroughly.

Empty kitchen rubbish bins regularly.

Wash your hands after touching a pet or it's food bowl, and keep both away from your food.

When barbecuing, check meat is piping hot and cooked right through before serving.

Remember to keep cooked and raw meats separate.
