allowing children to make choices, encouraging them to say their oppinion and express themselves and activities that celerbrate differences also using ab/ad practice

anti bias anti discriminatory practice-where you are fair and non judgemental and provide for the needs of each individual without prejudices.

show and tell activities are a good way of showing children that you respect their individuality.

Yes it does.. in my setting last year we had a child from china so we celebrated the chinese new year by doing paintings, and some chinese writing.
We also brought some food like noodles, rice and sweet and sour sauce to let the children taste the different foods. It was brilliant and all the children loved it!!
