The Haven Fun & Fitness campaign for 2011 - 2012 has now started.
Registration for schools wishing to participate ends on
31st January 2012
Once you have registered there are support items on the website to download and give to your parents - reminder letters, step by step guides, as well as posters to put up around your Pre-School. You will also be sent a large poster from the Fun & Fitness campaign with a tracker to show parents how you progressing in reaching your target as well as some stickers for your children.

This campaign is open to all Pre-Schools who have over 10 children registered at their setting and are registered with Ofsted, CSSIW or SCSWIS.
Campaign is free for Pre-Schools to participate with no purchase necessary required from schools or parents or vouchers to collect.
By registering Pre-Schools commit to:
a) Distribute information to parents supplied by Haven in the form of a support pack of poster and stickers
b) Keep parents notified of progress by displaying and updating the poster supplied by Haven and using the Hints and Tips Section of your pre-school admin page
c) Download additional reminders to send to parents if required.
Pre-Schools will be rewarded for their speed and the first ones to register in this campaign must then go on to obtain a minimum support from parents of 70%.
Percentage is measured against/using the number of enrolled children - this information is given at the time the Preschool registers with Haven. The pack you receive depends on the number of children registered at your setting.
Preschool sizes are categorised: Small 10 - 25 Children, Medium 26 - 50 Large 51+
As a thank you for their support parents, friends and relatives have the option to sign up to receive special offers from Haven. Parents not wishing to receive offers from Haven can opt out and there is no obligation on the parents part to opt in to information.
The first 1000 schools on the campaign to hit the 100% will get a bonus item. Bonus items do require 100% parental support measured in the same way and are subject to availability,.
Any schools who do not reach a minimum of 50% by the 1st March 2012 will be notified and replaced by another school who have registered on the waiting list.
Haven will endeavour to deliver all equipment to schools after February 2012 when the pre-schools have reached their targets.
