Child protection - protection from abuse, care for welfare etc
support disabilities - work with the senco in your setting

Hiya, can you chat with your setting's lead or manager about this as well? they'll be able to help you know what their own procedures for protection & safeguarding are and let you know what they expect of you as a working member of the group.

xx

If you read the policies in your setting, and your job description, that might help?

When talking about child protection especially, make sure you talk about confidentiality!
