Default Where do you record emergencies in your setting?

Hi,

This might be a funny question but where do you record emergencies? For example fire, lost child etc? We've never had an emergency at the pre-school I work at but I can't seem to get an answer about where we are supposed to record emergencies.

Thanks

We have a folder named 'Accident and Incident Folder' in which we record any accidents and incidents such as falls, fire, lost child, head injury, anything really, just to make sure that it is all recorded. Remember to add in the time, date, people involved, actions taken, signed by a witness and all that.

Thanks Thesaurus! I have since 'figured' out that we record emergencies like fire and lost child in our incidents book and injuries in our accident book. Always interesting to hear what other people do.
