Hi everybody

Please can somebody switch a light on in my head!?! I keep looking at this question and cannot seem to relate it to my setting. I have looked at CCLD book also but again don't really understand - can anybody give me any ideas of beliefs, values of feelings I may need to examine so I can try and relate this to my setting?

Through developing your practice you may come across something you may not totally believe in yourself. Therefore, you would need to look at your own believes and values on life and what your feelings maybe putting into practice something you do not fully believe in.

Ever comes across anything like that?
