Cleveland & Redcar Borough council's road safety unit have a monthly competition open - I can't find any entry rules ~ so assume it's country wide ~ except that 'Spike' can only make appearances in the Cleveland area!!

(I can't beleive how hard it was to find a page with clear info on !!!)
