thank you in advance for any help given I am really struggling on this unit but seem to have come stuck on Q2.1 does anyone have any pointers they can give me please.

Data protraction Act:
-The main act that protects the security of the personal information
-Information should be shared on a "need to know basis"
-Information is accurate and kept up to date
-Requires that information is kept secure
