suitable person interview

Please can anyone help me by telling me what to expect. I am very nervous as I have only had a week in my new setting and haven't had time to even look at policies etc. Someone told me that Ofsted should have sent me a list of questions to answer has anyone got a copy of the questions I could look at . Thank you

Hi twinkle, I've searched for some information on this and it seems that it does vary county to county & the inspector you get !

It seems unfair to throw you in at the deep end so soon after starting a new job as knowing your groups policies and procedure plus the daycare standards are probably going to be the main focus - knowing what you have to do 'by the book' so to speak & also how you'd act on your own initiative !!

I don't know about a sheet of questions maybe/hopefully someone else will know !?

Good luck with it & please pop back to let us know how it went & what it did involve in the end !!

Does anyone know what questions a committtee chair person would be asked as she is the suitable person, she employs a manager and deputy to manage the setting, does she need to know stuff in great detail regarding the EYFS.
Ours has an interview soon and we want to advise her on what to expect.
