Help SOS CYPOP 23 /4 Please help i'm new at this!!

morning.
this is my first assignment after having jumped straight in at dipolma level 3 and
have come to a complete brain freeze on an additional unit i'm working on and it's probabally really simple. CYPOP 23/ 4,
explain the different ways in which professionals can work together,
explain the roles and importance of other professionals who may be involved in joint or integrated working to support C & YP with speech, language and communication needs who are learning more than one language.
identify and describe when and how to contact and work with relevant agentcies and services.
If anyone can point me in the right direction i would be very grateful.
thanks ally.
