Help SOS Which Early Years course? Help!!

I work in a pre school and currently have a L2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning as I was previously a TA in a school. My pre school manager wants me to do a L3 course in Early Years but the one she has asked me to do needs me to volunteer in a nursery with babies as one of the units!!! There is no way I want to do that as I have no intention of ever working with babies. Can anyone tell me which course I can do that doesn't have mandatory baby units and which course provider will deliver it please? Ive been online for hours and my local college only does the course where i need to work with babies. My age range for work is 2-5. Thanks
