Help on The provision of effective and high quality child care environments

Hello there

this is my first post and I would be so grateful for any help that anyone can give me. I'm now on my second assignment and I have pretty much completed it apart from this one last part which I just cannot seem to get my head round and explain.

How differing cultures and backgrounds are respected when planning and organising effective environments.

Any help on how I could answer this or any sites which could also help would be fantastic.

lolly, its 007 of the technical certificate, not all who are doing level 3 do the tech cert i dont think, wish i wasn't, very tough some of it.

so far for this i have talked about how we value and celebrate all cultural and religious festivals and events equally, that we have multicultural equipment and resources such as dolls of varying ethnicities, cultural dressing up and role play items and books that include positive images of people with different abilities. i hope it helps. x
