Hi, page 177 of this EYE handbook explains the benefits regarding food, drink and health. Page 26 for the benefits of supporting children's physical exercise, page 38 for medical care needs, page 142+ looks at the whole parent partnership spectrum with page 366 examining how working in partnership ensures children with additional needs have those needs known and met.

Best wishes

Hiya :)

Put simply, working together benefits children and families as it gives the child the best possible learning opportunities. I work as part of a buddy system, I am qualified to L3, going onto L4 in September, my buddy is L6. We also work with our Sen lead. If I chose to work on my own with my children, I would be depriving them of the experience of my fellow practitioners, and I may miss out on key signs that they require additional support. However, if we all work together, then there are more people looking at the tracking of the child and therefore more chance of noticing any needs and we can address them. Equally, we can pool our ideas on how to best benefit the child and this gives the best possible
Opportunities for the child.

Just expand on this idea!

Hope that helps a bit!
