I think this has to be a discussion.

it also says demonstrate so don't think this has to be written evidence ask your tutor about the question see what she says.

Hi, yes this is how the records that are used in your setting are kept/stopred or saved on paper and electronically/digitally and how you record information - in public, in private, during an agreed time or meeting or maybe during the working day?

Where are paper documents kept
Which ones are secure - kept locked
Who has access to them

Where are electronic files kept - on a PC, laptop, camera, memory stick or flash drive, on a web server
What type of files are they? - documents, photos, video,
How are they kept secure - do they leave the premises?
Who are they shared with and how - with parents, betweeen staff, other agencies, are they emailed, printed out.
Why are they shared - reasons others see them

How long different types of records are kept.

All this will depend on your setting's practice.

Best wishes
