Default Level 5

Hi All,
I am currently doing my first unit on Level 5. MU5.2 and I am stuck on this question.
Critically analyse the move towards outcome based services for children and young people.

Please Help! its driving me crazy, I've completed all the other questions apart from this one.

key words here are 'outcomes' services... my thinking would be along the lines of services under one unique umbrella and multi agency working/safeguarding etc....and what they do to protect children. I would also think about Every child matters framework. NOS for early years (what is expected of early years providers) and of course the EYFS (our bible1 ) in terms of outcomes for children... look at the statutory framework. Move may also suggest what we have done to dat so you could look at the history of early years (legislation... yes i know) and why we are where we are today.... Hope it helps.. and good luck xx
