Yes. Units 303, 309 & 310 all tie in quite nicely together so answering knowledge questions in one unit should also answer some questions in the other at the same time....less work as you should not need to answer the same thing twice assuming your answer is sufficient!

hello,

Yes it is very similar to unit 303 but this is because children's development is comprehensively covered in that unit.

It is important to remember children develop at different rates and do not always achieve the same stages of development at similar ages. As a practicioner it is our role to reassure parents who are worried that their child is not developing at the same rate as other children. We should be working with them to promote child's development and assess the child's indiviual needs as appropriate.

Whatever curriculum you are following, good practice is to place children at the centre of their learning. Children are active learners who need a balance of free play and structured play that is supported by an adult.

Not sure if this will help you but my tutor has told me to do an observation exercise on 2 children within my setting, i then have 2 evaluate both children and use include 3 questions in this evaluation
1. how did the child make choices?
2. what role did the adult play?
3. how did the child benefit from leading own play?
