Default Need help on health, safety and security hazards ...

Describe how to respond to the main health, safety and security hazards that may occur in play environments.

I am not sure what they want here, do I list what could happen, and what I would do about it, or am I saying that there are procedures in place, or do I say something about risk assessment? I really don't know how to answer! Doing my head in!
