Default unit 204

Hi Guys, could do with some info to finish of this unit, any help would be hugely appreciated.

Discrimination because of the way people dress and talk.
How own attitudes and values in the way children should be talked to, raised and treated etc could impact on how you do your job.
what would you do if you heard something or someone being discriminatory. (surely that would be to speak to the designated officer in charge of discriminatory).
the other questions I haven't a clue how to answer.

pweeeeasseeee help.
Thankyou x
