Hi lyn i put verb action pictures and cards into google and found lots of websites which will let you down load the cards if you are lucky enough and have a laminator this could be a very cheap way of getting them. hope this helps

Love T

Hi Tina

Thankyou, Yeah we have a laminator and this is what i thought i might do but couldn't find any and i googled it. I will try again and see if i can get them up. Did you do this via images through google or just a search engine?

Nice to hear from you. How are you getting on since completing level 3?

I have got some of the verb action cards up but i am looking for maybe some proper photographs or something similar not character ones because they are for a little Autistic boy that is very visual. I want to play a posting game with him, which i allready do but with numbers because he is very good with recognising numbers and shapes but need something different to do as an activity, He is 3.
Yeah i am very good thankyou and still really enjoying my job, we now take toddlers from 2 until school age before we took them when they were nearly 3, i enjoy the challenge.
Really nice to chat to you and keep up the good work

Lynne

Yeah thats a really good idea but very time consuming and i am doing this out of work hours which i don't mind to a certain extent but have other things to do with him too and i have other key children, not enough time to do all if you know what i mean, and the support we get is absolutely useless and believe you me they know how i feel about the support as i told the two other professionals that attend that are ment to support us which quite frankly they come up with all these lovely ideas but that is it, no support to help us with equipment or even sign-a-long book.
Sorry about the rant just feel that we are a small playgroup in a deprived area with no extra funds to buy equipment and we are expected to find the things that we need. I told them the other day that i had, had enough and if they want me to support this little boy the way that they wanted they needed to support us with equipment but of course their answer was that they can't because they don't have what we need, we have just had an AQUIRE form to fill in and we have made it clear that there is not enough support for this child (lets see what happens prob nothing). I have tried a couple of ways to borrow and more or less begged but to no avail.

Sorry just feel frustrated and so does the owners because i can honestly say they make no more money other than wages and a little in bank for emergencys

Thanks Tina

I know i will go on to find these verb photos just infuriates me that it is always down to us. Just really annoyed for the child in question but know i will get there and it will be a lot of my own time but he is definately worth it.
its so good i love my job.
