hi i dont understand this question and what it wants me to do?

Analyse the potential tension between maintain confidentially with the need to disclose information: where abuse of a child or young person is suspected and when it suspected that a crime has been committed

the first part the abuse bit, i highlighted following safeguarding regulations and then spoke about the atmosphere between the staff member/nursery and the family so mis trust, anger possibly withdrawing from nursery etc......am also stuck on the second part will repost if i find any more help :)
