Help SOS putting cyp core 3.4, 4.1 & 4.2 together

i've read my textbook and lots of threads on here about these two questions 4.1. Explain the policies and procedures of the setting or service in response to accidents, incidents, emergencies and illness. and 4.2. Identify the correct procedures for recording and reporting accidents, incidents, injuries, signs of illness and other emergencies.

im getting really confused now. are the questions just asking the same thing?
could i just write one answer for both questions?

someone please help me! i've got till june to complete the course and im only up to cyp cpre 3.4!

I think 4.1 refers to what you would do in that situation which includes recording and reporting but may also include other procedures.

While 4.2 may be more in depth for the actual recording and reporting. Exactly what information do you record? Who do you give the information to? Who signs it? etc.

Hope that helps :)

i think they may be talking about RIDDOR, recording of incidents, staff being first aid trained, reordings in accident book, near misses
