5.3 Prepare a chart which identifies the dietary requirements of different cultural or religious groups

So Far this is what i hav done ( a table showing some of the common dietary requirements and resrictions) struggling what else to do for this -

Culture and religion
Islam
Lamb- Halal, pork-no, beef-Halal, chicken-Halal, cheese-some, eggs- yes, fish-Halal, shellfish-Halal, cocoa/tea/coffee-yes, fast periods for adults- Ramadan.
Judaism
Lamb- Hala, pork-no, beef-kosher, chicken-kosher, cheese-not with meat, milk/yoghourt-not with meat, eggs-no blood spots, fish-with fins and scales, shellfish-no, cocoa/tea/coffee-yes, fast periods for adults-Yom Kippur.
Sikhism
Lamb-yes, pork-rarely, beef-no, chicken-some, cheese-some, milk/yoghourt-yes, eggs-yes, fish-some, shellfish-some, cocoa/tea/coffee-yes, fast periods for adults-no.
Hinduism-mainly vegetarian
Lamb-some, pork-rarely, beef-no, chicken-some, cheese-some, milk/yoghurt-not with rennet, eggs-some, fish-with fins and scales, shellfish-some, cocoa/tea/coffee-yes, fast periods for adults-no.
Rastafarianism (mainly vegetarian although take some milk products)
Lamb-some, pork-no, beef-some, chicken-some, cheese-some, milk/yoghurt-some, eggs-yes, fish-yes, shellfish-no, cocoa/tea/coffee-some, fast periods for adults-no.
Seventh day Adventist church
Lamb-some, pork-no, beef-some, chicken-some, cheese-most, milk/yoghurt-most, eggs-most, fish-some, shellfish-no, cocoa/tea/coffee-no, fast periods for adults-no.

think i am the worse one for that if i can help any more just ask. You did roughly what i did i just added a couple more like vegetarians and vegans
so we were both on the same track

I'm nearly there just going over my folder to see if i missed anything, still need to be observed for some questions but on the final track.

Have you decided your optional units yet?

Hi Lynne,
I have chosen
CYPOP 1, 2 AND 7 as my optional units.
I bet your so happy Lynne, your nearly there well done. I have EYMP 4 and 5 to do then my optional units, along with 1 more observation.

Hi Natalie

i didn't do any of those optional units i have done cypop 4,6,15 and 16
at the last minute i chose cypop 4 because i was 1 credit short, didn't work that one out properly lol but never mind nearly there
Just ask if you need any help

you can no look into far too much! this is level 3 a full and comprehensive explanation, description or analysis is required. otherwise you risk it being sent back by moderator. more is most definitely better.
