Hi, welcome to the site. This thread might help - making concise, legible accurate reports. Page 179 of the heinemann handbook examines report making and examples CAF or other official reports, accident reports, incident reports, assessment reports, development plans eg. for building outdoor areas as possible sources for report making.

Public concerns relate to whistle blowing, page 121 of the handbook looks at ensuring poor pracice is recognised and reported. You could maybe look to esafety issues and if a colleague were eg. visiting inappropriate websites with the children, or maybe as in the case study that the handbook covers a colleague is less diligent in their H&S checks and allows unverified adults to collect children.

Can you speak with your tutor to see what's expected of you, it's possible this will be an observed criteria when they visit.

Best wishes
