Hi Sarah, I have found there is a lot more to this course than what i expected, i did my nvq2 many years ago and compared to that this takes up a lot more time and understanding. which is good because it is a level 3 at the end of the day and though i know a lot and like you, do my job very well i too have struggled with getting it all down on paper. I am about half way through now and it has got easier. The knowledge i have gained so far has improved my practice and though at times i have banged my head against a brick wall, this site has helped me considerably to get my head around some of the units. So it is a big THANKYOU to everyone on here :)

Thanks Wendy, some of its common sense really but then some I'm struggling with or like I don't no how to put it into words, the hardest is the optional units as don't get no class work or tuition for them at all :-)
