hey any help would be really appreciated the question is:

Demonstrate how to support children or young people to maintain relationships with carers or professionals who are important to them

i need to write an understanding of this topic which is really hard when i dont even understand the question :( this is an optional unit so their is nothing in my book to give me ideas and i cant find any help on the internet

this piece is due in on monday and im really struggling help pleaaase x
