Help SOS Help

I have just started unit 305 i am so confused, There are so many polices and procedures, I have to write a reflective account on all the scottish legislation in relation to childrens rights, I also have to write another reflective account on inclusion, This will be my fith an sixth reflective accounts and i am totally struggling, I dont know where to start can anybody help or give me any advice i would be so gratefull thanx
