Hi, this level 2 handbook on amazon will help in general, search for the words 'health and safety at work' and then click to page 19.

Page 106 of this level 3 book explains 'Health and Safety at Work Act' 1974

Employers must take reasonable steps to protect the health and safety of their staff but also visitors - for example, by providing protective clothing and keeping the building safe.

Employers with more than five employees must have a written health and safety policy.

Employees have a duty to keep themselves and others safe through their actions and also to report any safety issues. Tey must for example, follow guidance on handling equipment and nust not work in a way that puts others in danger
