General question soap flakes

Does anyone know the ratio of soap flakes to water to make the soap into a malleable bar rather than froth. My children just love play dough so i am trying to think of something similar. I am also looking for instructions to make goo with borax as I've been told that children really love playing with this type of goo if its made correctly.

Thanks in advance.

Hope this will help you out:
1.) Mix about ¼ to ½ cup Pure Soap Flakes to a gallon of hot water.
2.) Mix thoroughly in bucket or agitate in washer.
3.) Let cool for use.
