i'm seriously struggling with this question, i just dont know how to start it or what i need to write

question is 5.2 in personal development unit - Demonstrate how reflective practice has led to improved ways of working.

any guidance on this question would be greatly appreciated

its supposed to be yeah, but my tutor has said it would be difficult to observe this so i need to do a written piece about it

Hi,

For this unit I have been told by my assessor I need to have an appraisal with the manager which I will need a copy of. She will then come out to me at work and we will sit down together to discuss the appraisal and do a bit of a question and answer session which will be recorded and this should then cover all of the criteria. Is this something you could suggest?
