Hi Natalie
i did this through a pd with tutor and i talked about these:

• The six areas of learning within the EYFS
• Ages and stages of development
• how you record a child's progress.
• Observe and plan around a child's interests.
• How i observe/ is it enough? If not what can be done to improve it?
• How i plan/is it enough? If not what can i do to improve it?
• is there enough resources? If not how can i improve it
• Is my training enough? if not why? And how can i improve it?
• Is my evaluating enough? If not why? And how can i improve it?

Hope it helps you

Lynne

Hi welcome to the site. When you reflect on your own practice to see how you support learning and development of children you need to look at the routine of the day, what activities are provided and how you are part of that - taking & making observations, planning, supporting children's learning as they explore.

consider the aspects Lyn has kindly provided to see how they represent what you do.

Best wishes
