Default Level 3 diploma

Hi all

I currently have a level 3 certificate in supporting teaching and learning in schools but can do a level 3 diploma in the same but don't know whether it will be worth my while doing it?

I currently do supply work for various agencies and just can't decide what to do. I want to get a permenant job in a school and thought maybe the diploma may give me an edge on the competition lol

What do you think?

the diploma is just some additional units to the cert and always with doing, most centres don't even bother with the cert so yes!
