I have answered all the other questions on this worksheet but for some reason I am stuck on this one.
Any help would be grately appreciated!

What four assessment areas does the CAF Focus on?

I think I have answered the question now. The website that you kindly gave me CWDC ceased on the evening of March 30 2012 but it does have another link to a website for more info.

the guide is available on education.gov.uk - CAF practitioner's guide

The 4 assessment areas are ..
1: Identifying needs early - assessments that involve knowing who would benefit from the CAF
2: Assessing those needs with the child or young person at the centre - listening to what they need
3: Delivering integrated services - putting solutions in place
4: Reviewing progress - monitoring success
