Default methods i could use to improve my work

Hi.... I'm on standard 7 of the cwdc induction booklet... Yay.. the end is in sight :-)

My mind has gone blank on... Methods i could use to improve my work..

I have

Attending training courses.
Taking on more responsibilities
Research/Reading

any pointers would be good :-) Thanks

Sharing information with colleagues and parents.

Regular staff meetings

Planning

Communication - clear, concise and not using jargon

Prioritising

Working as part of a team - cooperating and productive

Committment and time keeping produces effective work

Delegate if needs be - you can't do everything - not properly if you are 'overloaded'.

Knowing what your job description is, what it entails and what your responsibility is.



I'd say taking more responibility rather than 'taking on more responsibilites' - just because someone is doing a lot - doesn't mean they are doing it well.

That's all I can think of for the moment. I hope it helps.
