Diversity – Diversity is the differences between individuals and groups in society which arise from gender, social, cultural or religious backgrounds, ethnic origins, family structures, sexuality, appearance or disability.

Equality – Equality is about making sure that everyone is treated fairly and given fair and equal chances. Equality is not about treating everyone in the same way, but makes sure that their needs are met in different ways to suit them.

Inclusion – Inclusion is the opposite of discrimination in so far as that all necessary steps are taken to encourage everyone to understand that they have access to a full range or services regardless of gender, disability, religion, sexuality, etc.

Hope this helps :)

I don't remember doing this question but it sounds like it might mean two parent family, single parent family, (either mum or dad), gay or lesbian parents-two dads or two mums. Then there are the families where there's a step mum or dad or the parent lives with a partner. Some children split their time between the families and have step brothers/sisters or half brothers/sisters.

I guess, you might also have extended families where grandparents, uncles etc all live together. Some grandparents might be joint or main carers. Some very young parents may still live at home.

Hope this helps.....
