its pretty starightforward

what are the observations methids used in your setting ? how often who does them?

what do you do with them?

i presume they inform your planning so
how do you plan?
what is your system?
how do you make sure what you plan is effective?

who do you take to and use if support for you or a child or family is required? which is what you uncover if the above is done well.
