Taping would of been good! I think programmes are only available online for a week after airing - not sure how downloading & the BBC iPlayer desktop works though.

I've almost finshed but am now wondering if I have covered the second bit of the title - Why is this significant for those working with children and families?"

all of that diversity, background and people could be arriving each morning for your settings registration

Equality, understanding, discrimination, expectations, participation, barriers .. where it's all come from and where it's heading .. and how you smile to greet it each day.

Partnerships and outcomes for the Children ..

This isn't going in at all, not understanding any of that although I know I should... I'm getting myself at it completely!! thankyou x Maybe things will be clearer tomorrow
