cross-reference

Hi
I was hoping someone could tell me how to cross reference. I have previously done a CCLD Diploma and am doing the NVQ. My assessor pointed out on my paperwork that I should cross reference my work to avoid duplication. Do you know how I would do that? Thanks.:

I cross reference by going through all the units and looking for knowledge questions which are the same or very very similar eg - ways of promoting/supporting positive bhaviour - this is in unit 301 but also in 306 and 337 - I then expand the question so it covers all the point for all 3 questions.

if you have done a tech cert with your nvq you can also cross reference this into your upks.
