Help SOS 305 Children's Charter

Hi, I have recently started my NVQ and i'm currently on unit 305.

As part of the unit I have been given a booklet to work through by my assessor and in it i have to fill in a page on the Children's Charter. But I cant seem to find any information on it, my booklet recommends to use the childline website but i cant find anything on there.

Any help will be appreciated!

Sam x
