Food Hygiene course

Hi,

Hope someone can help! The EYFS states that 'In group provision, all staf
involved in preparing and handling food must receive training in food hygiene.' Does this mean we have to do the Level 2 Food Hygiene course? Or does one person go on the course and train the rest of the staff?

Thanks!

we all did an online course, not sure what level it was mind you, it was very basic and not aimed at early years, it took a couple of hours of watching video segments and then doing multiple choice questions.
