Default CYP core 3.4 4.2

i am new to this site and have never posted before so please be patient with me. i was hoping someone could help me out with cyp core 3.4 question 4.2 i need to identify the correct procedures for reporting and recording accidents, incidents, injuries, sign of illness and other emergenccies. i have hit a brick wall and do not know what to do

isn't this a learning objective that has to be demonstrated to an assessor? you just need to show her when she visits

no this is one that we have to write about it would be easy if it was assessed by my tutor in placement
