Help SOS Please help....planning & curriculum framework!!!

Hi,
I am stuck on this question mainly as im not too sure how to lay it out and what needs to be included (if that makes sense)
Here it is:
Provide examples of the planning you would use within the curriculum framework applicable to the pupils in a school. Include information on:
* long-term plans e.g overall curriculum plan, topic web
* medium term plans e.g schemes of work, timetables
* short-term plans, e.g activity plans, lesson plans

Do I have to include an example of a topic web, timetable, lesson plan etc?? soooo confused
any help would be appreciated
