Assignment 023 Task C - Guidance please!

Ok i'm doing assignment 023, and i'm on task c and it looks easier than task b2 (phew because that was a struggle and not sure if i did it correct but i havn't been taught about theories yet but somehow this assignment needs to be in for after christmas)

Can anybody tell me how i'm supposed to lay this report in the form of an induction pack out? I have NO idea what a induction pack looks like, i've scrolled through this forum and i'm still pretty clueless.
Also i can't refer to the book because they're at college and it's christmas holidays so i cannot get to a book.

Thats what it says on my assisgnment but when you read further one it says write a small report, so im guessing thats what you got to do.
i have done this as a report but you need to make sure that it is written for new practioners.
i have basically aswered all the questions that i was given in the form of a report. you will get plenty of help via silkysteps and google
