I have just started unit 305 i am so confused, There are so many polices and procedures, I have to write a reflective account on all the scottish legislation in relation to childrens rights, I also have to write another reflective account on inclusion, This will be my fith an sixth reflective accounts and i am totally struggling, I dont know where to start can anybody help or give me any advice i would be so gratefull thanx

Hi, I too am working thro 305, am currently working on K3C238 and am too struggling with it all... yeah so many policies, its ok reading them but can be hard putting them in your own words..
So far, I typed in the different policies needed ie every child matters in the google search and also using this site, by typing the needed policy...
Hope this helps a little
In the meantime if anyone else has anything to add to K3C238 - 305 I would much apreciate it...
